This is the display signal circuit between the video terminal and multi-display controller sub-assembly.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER SUB-ASSEMBLY - VIDEO TERMINAL)


    1. Disconnect the L57 multi-display controller sub-assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the P1 remote control adapter assembly (video terminal) connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L57-2 (VD) - P1-13 (VV+) Always Below 1 Ω
      L57-3 (VG) - P1-14 (VV-) Always Below 1 Ω
      L57-10 (ADPI) - P1-8 (ADPG) Always Below 1 Ω
      L57-2 (VD) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      L57-3 (VG) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      L57-10 (ADPI) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      L57-1 (SGN5) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
