DESCRIPTION

The television display assembly and multi-media module receiver assembly are connected by a MOST network.

When a MOST network error occurs between the display module board and multi-display assembly, these DTCs will be stored.

  • *: Even if no fault is present, this DTC may be stored depending on the battery condition or engine start voltage.

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)

      Disconnect the television display assembly connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L61-3 (GND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      L61-4 (GND2) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L61-1 (+B) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V
      L61-11 (+B2) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V

  4. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the F87 multi-media module receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the L59 television display assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F87-2 (MI+) - L59-5 (MO+) Always Below 1 Ω
      F87-3 (MI-) - L59-6 (MO-) Always Below 1 Ω
      F87-4 (SLDI) - L59-7 (SLDO) Always Below 1 Ω
      F87-2 (MI+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F87-3 (MI-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F87-4 (SLDI) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

  5. REPLACE TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY


    1. Replace the television display assembly with a new or normally functioning one Click here.
