HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH


    1. Remove the 7 clips and engine room side cover LH.

  2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER MUDGUARD LH

    1. Remove the clip.

    2. Using a T30 "TORX" socket, remove the 4 screws and mudguard.

  3. REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL PROTECTOR PIPE


    1. Remove the 6 bolts and protector pipe.

  4. REMOVE SIDE STEP ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the screw and 6 bolts.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

    3. Detach the 10 clips and remove the double-sided tape to remove the side step.

  5. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH


    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Using a T30 "TORX" socket, remove the 2 screws.

    3. Using a clip remover, remove the 2 grommets, 12 clips and fender liner.

  6. DRAIN WASHER FLUID


    1. A01EP7V

      Remove the washer hose from the windshield washer motor and pump, and drain the washer fluid.

  7. REMOVE WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using a clip remover, remove the clip and washer inlet.

  8. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY

      Detach the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    3. Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

      Remove the 4 bolts. Then remove the windshield washer jar and pump.

  9. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. A01EPYO

      Remove the headlight cleaner motor and pump assembly together with the gasket in the direction shown in the illustration.
