    The following item can be customized.

    Note


    • When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.

    • Make a note of the current settings before customizing.

    • When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.


    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the intelligent tester on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Customize Setting /

    5. Select the setting by referring to the table below.

      PSD & PBD operation
      Display Default Contents Setting
      PBD Power Operation Valid Makes power back door function ON or OFF Valid/Invalid
      PBD SW Operation 0.8 s Function that turns power back door closer switch ON when switch is pushed once or held down for 0.8 sec. 0.8s/ON
      PBD Buzzer ON This function makes the power back door buzzer sound when power back door operating ON/OFF
      Wireless PBD Operation 0.8 s Function that operates power back door when door control transmitter is pressed in specified way (1-press, 2-presses, 0.8 sec.- press or OFF) ON/2 times/0.8 s/OFF
