SIDE MUDGUARD (for Standard) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FENDER PANEL MUDGUARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CE0N

      Remove the screw.

    2. Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

    3. Disengage the clip and remove the fender panel mudguard sub-assembly.

    4. Remove the clip (No. 4 side mudguard retainer) from the fender panel mudguard sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR MUDGUARD


    1. A01CGFWE01

      Put protective tape around the front door mudguard.

    2. A01CCLX

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 6 claws.

      Note

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    3. A01CBJ2

      Remove the hole plug and nut.

    4. A01CBMG

      Disengage the 5 clips and remove the front door mudguard.

    5. Remove the 5 clips (No. 3 outside moulding clip) and No. 3 side mudguard retainer from the front door mudguard.

  3. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR MUDGUARD


    1. A01CB1ZE01

      Put protective tape around the slide door mudguard.

    2. A01CDCX

      Remove the screw.

    3. A01CERM

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 6 claws.

      Note

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    4. A01CECH

      Disengage the 6 clips and remove the slide door mudguard.

    5. Remove the 6 clips (No. 3 outside moulding clip) from the slide door mudguard.

  4. REMOVE QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CEPS

      Remove the 2 screws and clip.

    2. Disengage the 2 clips and remove the quarter panel mudguard sub-assembly.

    3. Remove the 2 clips (No. 4 side mudguard retainer) from the quarter panel mudguard sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT SIDE PANEL PROTECTOR (for Cold Area)


    1. A01CFNJ

      Remove the 2 No. 2 side mudguard retainers and 4 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 front side panel protector.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 FRONT SIDE PANEL PROTECTOR (for Cold Area)


    1. A01CB32

      Remove the 2 No. 2 side mudguard retainers and 4 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 1 front side panel protector.
