RADIATOR GRILLE (for VELLFIRE) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM


    1. A01CAOQ

      Engage the 4 claws to install the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem to the upper radiator grille moulding.

    2. A01CF7F

      Engage the 2 claws to install the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem with the upper radiator grille moulding.

    3. Install the 3 screws.

  2. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. Engage the 6 claws.

    2. Install the lower radiator grille moulding with the 3 screws.

  3. INSTALL NO. 5 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. Engage the 5 claws.

    2. Install the No. 5 radiator grille moulding with the 3 screws.

  4. INSTALL NO. 6 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 5 radiator grille moulding.

  5. INSTALL NO. 7 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 5 radiator grille moulding.

  6. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SIDE MOULDING LH


    1. A01CD1C

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the radiator grille side moulding LH with the 2 screws.

  7. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SIDE MOULDING RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  8. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING LH

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the upper radiator grille moulding LH with the 3 screws.

  9. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  10. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. Engage the 6 claws.

    2. Install the radiator grille moulding with the 10 screws.

  11. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE FINISH PLATE LH


    1. A01CD6I

      Install the radiator grille finish plate LH with the 4 screws.

  12. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE FINISH PLATE RH


    1. A01CBAC

      Install the radiator grille finish plate RH with the 7 screws.

  13. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SEAL


    1. A01CAPWE01

      Engage the 15 clips to install the upper radiator seal.

      Tech Tips

      Align the alignment mark (Yellow) on the seal with the indicated by the arrow in the illustration.
