RADIATOR GRILLE (for VELLFIRE) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SEAL


    1. A01CAPW

      Disengage the 15 clips and remove the upper radiator seal.

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE FINISH PLATE LH


    1. A01CD6I

      Remove the 4 screws and radiator grille finish plate LH.

  3. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE FINISH PLATE RH


    1. A01CBAC

      Remove the 7 screws and radiator grille finish plate RH.

  4. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. Remove the 10 screws.

      A01CCPU

    2. Disengage the 6 claws and remove the radiator grille moulding.

  5. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING LH


    1. A01CF91

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the upper radiator grille moulding LH.

  6. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SIDE MOULDING LH


    1. A01CD1C

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the radiator grille side moulding LH.

  8. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SIDE MOULDING RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  9. REMOVE NO. 5 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the 5 claws and remove the No. 5 radiator grille moulding.

  10. REMOVE NO. 6 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 5 radiator grille moulding.

  11. REMOVE NO. 7 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 5 radiator grille moulding.

  12. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the 6 claws and remove the lower radiator grille moulding.

  13. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM


    1. A01CF7F

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem with the upper radiator grille moulding.

    3. A01CAOQ

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem from the upper radiator grille moulding.
