HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for VELLFIRE) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT REFLECTOR


    1. A01CDMZ

      Install the headlight reflector with the 3 washers and 3 screws.

    2. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET


    1. A01CGGG

      Install a new headlight gasket.

  3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LIGHT CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CBHQ

      Connect the connector.

    2. A01CFHE

      Install the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly with the 4 screws.

  4. INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A01CF0HE01

      Lock the set spring to install the discharge headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass.

    2. A01CELV

      Turn the headlight light control ECU socket in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration to connect it.

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER


    1. Install the O-ring to the No. 1 headlight back cover.

    2. A01CDXI

      Turn the No. 1 headlight back cover in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration to install it.

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A01CB5P

      Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration to install it.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass.

  7. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB


    1. Install the front turn signal light bulb to the front turn signal light socket.

    2. A01CDEQ

      Turn the front turn signal light bulb and front turn signal light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration to install them as a unit.

  8. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB


    1. Install the clearance light bulb to the clearance light socket.

    2. A01CCM0

      Turn the clearance light bulb and clearance light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration to install them as a unit.

  9. INSTALL HEADLIGHT BRACKET


    1. A01CFBL

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the headlight bracket with the 2 screws.

  10. INSTALL HEADLIGHT BRACKET


    1. A01CE3X

      Install the headlight bracket with the 2 screws.
