HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for VELLFIRE) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT BRACKET

      Remove the 2 screws and headlight bracket.

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT BRACKET


    1. A01CFBL

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the headlight bracket.

  3. REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB


    1. A01CD3P

      Turn the clearance light bulb and clearance light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration, and remove them as a unit.

    2. Remove the clearance light bulb from the clearance light socket.

  4. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

      Turn the front turn signal light bulb and front turn signal light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration, and remove them as a unit.

    2. Remove the front turn signal light bulb from the front turn signal light socket.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A01CANK

      Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration, and remove it.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER


    1. A01CGC1

      Turn the No. 1 headlight back cover in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration, and remove it.

    2. Remove the O-ring.

  7. REMOVE DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A01CBKQ

      Turn the headlight light control ECU socket in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration, and separate it.

    2. A01CE5XE01

      Release the set spring and remove the discharge headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass.

  8. REMOVE HEADLIGHT LIGHT CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CFHE

      Remove the 4 screws.

    2. A01CBHQ

      Disconnect the connector and remove the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE HEADLIGHT GASKET


    1. A01CGGG

      Remove the headlight gasket.

  10. REMOVE HEADLIGHT REFLECTOR


    1. A01CDMZ

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 3 screws and 3 washers, and headlight reflector.
