HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for ALPHARD) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT REFLECTOR (w/ AFS)


    1. A01CDMZ

      Install the headlight reflector with the 3 washers and 3 screws.

    2. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LIGHT CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the headlight housing packing.

    2. A01CBHQ

      Connect the connector.

    3. A01CFMG

      Install the headlight control ECU sub-assembly with the 4 screws.

  3. INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A01CFW2E01

      Lock the set spring to install the discharge headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass.

    2. A01CCTA

      Turn the light control ECU socket in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration to connect it.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER


    1. Install the O-ring to the No. 1 headlight back cover.

    2. A01CE6K

      Turn the No. 1 headlight back cover in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration to install it.

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A01CEYR

      Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration to install it.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass.

  6. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB


    1. A01CDQ0

      Install the front turn signal light bulb to the front turn signal light socket.

    2. Turn the front turn signal light bulb and front turn signal light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration to install them as a unit.

  7. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB


    1. A01CE7T

      Install the clearance light bulb to the clearance light socket.

    2. Turn the clearance light bulb and clearance light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration to install them as a unit.
