LIGHTING SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM


  1. DESCRIPTION


    1. Lighting system data and the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) can be read from the Data Link Connector 3 (DLC3) of the vehicle. When the system seems to be malfunctioning, use the intelligent tester to check for malfunctions and to repair.

  3. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE

    If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding to the next step.

When the automatic high beam system malfunctions, the automatic high beam indicator light will be turned off and "CHECK AHB SYSTEM" will be displayed on the multi-information display.
