HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the guide.

    2. Push the tab shown by the arrow (A) and engage the claw as shown in the illustration.

    3. Push up the headlight cleaner actuator clamp.

      Note

      Slide the headlight cleaner actuator clamp so that the pin is positioned as shown in the illustration.

      Install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly with the headlight cleaner clamp as shown in the illustration.

    5. Connect the headlight cleaner hose.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER

      Extend the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly.

    2. Engage the 2 claws.

    3. Engage the guide to install the headlight washer cover.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (for ALPHARD)

  4. FILL WASHER JAR WITH WASHER FLUID


    1. Fill the washer jar with washer fluid.
