OUTER MIRROR SWITCH (for RHD) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CB1W

      Engage the 4 claws to install the outer mirror switch assembly.

  2. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. A01CF7S

      Engage the 9 claws to install the power window regulator master switch assembly with front door armrest base panel.

  3. INSTALL FRONT DOOR PULL HANDLE RH


    1. A01CDYE

      Engage the 3 claws.

    2. Install the front door pull handle with the screw.

    3. A01CCQE

      Engage the claw and close the cover.

  4. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR RETRACTABLE SWITCH (w/ Automatic Retractable Mirror)


    1. A01CGA6

      Engage the 2 claws to install the outer mirror retractable switch.

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE (w/ Automatic Retractable Mirror)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 6 claws and 3 guides to install the No. 1 switch hole base.

  6. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Retractable Mirror)

      Engage the 3 guides and 14 claws.

      Tech Tips

      Make sure that all claws around the entire circumference of the driver side knee airbag assembly are fully engaged.

      Note

      Make sure that the claws are fully engaged.

    2. A01CCKN

      Install the lower instrument panel finish panel with the 3 screws <B>.

    3. A01CC11

      Engage the 3 claws and the fuel lid lock control cable assembly.

    4. A01CC18

      Engage the 3 claws and the hood lock control cable assembly.

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Retractable Mirror)

      Engage the 2 claws and DLC3.

    2. Engage the clamp.

    3. Connect the connector.

    4. A01CFFK

      Engage the 2 claws and 2 guides.

      Note

      Make sure that the claws are fully engaged.

    5. Install the No. 1 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly with the 2 screws <B>.

  8. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH (w/ Automatic Retractable Mirror)


    1. A01CFL6

      Engage the 2 guides, claw and clip to install the cowl side trim board RH.

    2. Install the clip(A).

  9. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH (w/ Automatic Retractable Mirror)


    1. Connect the connector.

      Engage the 4 claws to install the No. 1 instrument cluster finish panel garnish.

  10. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL (w/ Automatic Retractable Mirror)

      Engage the 11 claws and 2 guides to install the No. 1 instrument cluster finish panel.

      Remove the protective tape from the steering column cover.
