OUTER MIRROR SWITCH (for RHD) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR PULL HANDLE RH

      Using a screwdriver with the tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and open the cover.

    2. A01CDYE

      Remove the screw.

    3. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the front door pull handle.

  2. REMOVE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL


    1. A01CCX2

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 9 claws and remove the power window regulator master switch assembly with front door armrest base panel.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

  3. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR SWITCH ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the outer mirror switch assembly.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL (w/ Automatic Retractable Mirror)


    1. Operate the tilt lever to lower the steering wheel assembly.

      Apply protective tape to the areas shown in the illustration.

    3. A01CBPO

      Disengage the 4 claws.

    4. A01CAPR

      Disengage the 7 claws and 2 guides to remove the No. 1 instrument cluster finish panel.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH (w/ Automatic Retractable Mirror)


    1. A01CDHT

      Disengage the 4 claws.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the No. 1 instrument cluster finish panel garnish.

  6. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH (w/ Automatic Retractable Mirror)

      Remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the clip, claw and 2 guides, and remove the cowl side trim board RH.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Retractable Mirror)

      Remove the 2 screws <B>.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides.

    3. A01CE9QE01

      Disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the DLC3.

    4. Disengage the clamp.

    5. Disconnect each connector and remove the No. 1 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Retractable Mirror)


    1. A01CC18

      Disengage the 3 claws and disconnect the hood lock control cable assembly.

    2. A01CC11

      Disengage the 3 claws and disconnect the fuel lid lock control cable assembly.

    3. A01CCKN

      Remove the 3 screws <B>.

    4. Disengage the 14 claws and the 3 guides, and remove the lower instrument panel finish panel as shown in the illustration.

      • Make sure to follow the order shown in the illustration to avoid damage to the lower instrument panel finish panel.

      • While supporting the knee airbag, remove the lower instrument panel finish panel.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE (w/ Automatic Retractable Mirror)


    1. Disengage the 6 claws and 3 guides.

    2. Disconnect each connector and remove the No. 1 switch hole base.

  10. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR RETRACTABLE SWITCH (w/ Automatic Retractable Mirror)


    1. A01CGA6

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the outer mirror retractable switch.
