HOOD REASSEMBLY


  1. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY

      Connect the washer hose assembly.

  2. ADJUST FRONT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Select a washer nozzle sub-assembly so that the washer fluid spray area is as specified.

  3. INSTALL FRONT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Connect a new front washer nozzle sub-assembly to the washer hose.

    2. A01CGGWE01

      Engage the 2 claws to install the washer nozzle sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR


    1. A01CE7M

      Install the hood insulator with the 4 clips.

  5. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL


    1. A01CBV1

      Install the hood to radiator support seal with the 7 clips.

  6. INSTALL FRONT HOOD MOULDING ASSEMBLY (for ALPHARD)


    1. A01CDK7

      Engage the 6 clips.

    2. Install the front hood moulding assembly with the 3 nuts.

  7. INSPECT FRONT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. With the engine running, check where the washer fluid hits the windshield.

      Washer fluid hits the windshield in the areas shown in the illustration.

      If the result is not as specified, replace the washer nozzle.
