HOOD DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE FRONT HOOD MOULDING ASSEMBLY (for ALPHARD)

      *1 Protective Tape

      Put protective tape around the front hood moulding assembly.

    2. A01CBDL

      Remove the 3 nuts.

    3. A01CFKY

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 6 clips and remove the front hood moulding assembly.

  2. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

      Using a clip remover, remove the 7 clips and hood to radiator support seal.

  3. REMOVE HOOD INSULATOR

      Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips and hood insulator.

  4. REMOVE FRONT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 claws and separate the front washer nozzle sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the windshield.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. A01CDE5

      Remove the front washer nozzle sub-assembly from the washer hose.

      Note

      Washer nozzles cannot be reused.

  5. DISCONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the washer hose assembly.
