INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT REAR SLIDE DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Disconnect the K4 rear slide door lock assembly RH connector.

    2. A01CCQPE01

      Check the operation of the slide door closer motor.

      OK
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      K4-4 (ACT+) - K4-1 (ACT-) Battery voltage is applied to terminal 4 (ACT+) Close operation
      K4-4 (ACT+) - K4-1 (ACT-) Battery voltage is applied to terminal 1 (ACT-) Return operation

  2. CHECK NO. 1 REAR DOOR WIRE (REAR SLIDE DOOR LOCK RH - ECU OR RELAY, AND BODY GROUND)


    1. Disconnect the K5 power slide door ECU RH*1 or K14 slide door closer relay RH*2 connector.


      • *1: w/ Power Slide Door RH

      • *2: w/o Power Slide Door RH

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      K4-1 (ACT-) - K5-5 (DC-)*1 Always Below 1 Ω
      K4-4 (ACT+) - K5-13 (DC+)*1 Always Below 1 Ω
      K4-1 (ACT-) - K14-1 (ACT-)*2 Always Below 1 Ω
      K4-4 (ACT+) - K14-2 (ACT+)*2 Always Below 1 Ω
      K4-1 (ACT-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      K4-4 (ACT+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

      • *1: w/ Power Slide Door RH

      • *2: w/o Power Slide Door RH
