POWER SLIDE DOOR SYSTEM Slide Door Handle Switch RH Circuit

DESCRIPTION

The inside/outside handles control operation of the power slide door. Pulling either handle transmits a request signal to the power slide door ECU RH, which then commands the power slide door control motor and clutch to open or close the power slide door.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE


  1. READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER


    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. Enter the following menus: Body / Rear Right Door / Data List.

    4. Check if the handle switch is functioning properly.

  2. INSPECT SLIDE DOOR LOCK REMOTE CONTROL ASSEMBLY RH (SLIDE DOOR HANDLE SWITCH RH)

      Remove the slide door lock remote control assembly RH (slide door handle switch RH) Click here.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

  3. CHECK NO. 1 REAR DOOR WIRE (HANDLE SWITCH RH - ECU RH AND BODY GROUND)


    1. Disconnect the K5 power slide door ECU RH connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
