    INSTALL SLIDING ROOF DRIVE CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Align the sliding roof drive cable sub-assembly with the sliding roof housing guide and insert the cable into the sliding roof housing.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Using a screwdriver, slide the sliding roof drive cable sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Insert the sliding roof drive cable sub-assembly into the sliding roof housing panel.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Slide the sliding roof housing panel in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to temporarily install it to the sliding roof housing.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Install the sliding roof housing panel with the 4 screws.

      Install the sliding roof guide block as shown in the illustration.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Install the sliding roof deflector with the 4 screws.

      Insert the spring part of the sliding roof deflector into the rail as shown in the illustration.

      Insert the claw of the sliding roof deflector into the sliding roof housing as shown in the illustration

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Install the sliding roof deflector with the 2 screws.

      Using a screwdriver, slide the rear sliding roof drive cable sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow until it rests on top of the sliding roof deflector as shown in the illustration.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    12. A01CAT1

      Engage the 2 claws of the sliding roof drip channel to install it.

      Using a screwdriver, slide the rear sliding roof drive cable sub-assembly to align the matchmarks.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    INSTALL SUNSHADE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Insert the sunshade trim into the sliding roof housing sub-assembly.

      Install the sliding roof side stoppers with the screw.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Insert the sliding roof piece sub-assembly.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Install the sliding roof piece sub-assembly with the screw.
