TILT ROOF HOUSING REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL TILT ROOF HOUSING SEAL


    1. Remove the double-sided tape from the tilt roof housing and clean the adhesive off with a piece of cloth saturated with cleaner.

    2. Apply new double-sided tape to the tilt roof housing seal.

      Tech Tips

      After removing the release paper, keep the exposed double-sided tape free from foreign matter.

      Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.

      Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.

  2. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 SUNSHADE RAIL RH


    1. A01CDXV

      Install the front No. 1 sunshade rail RH with the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      2.0 N*m  { 20 kgf*cm, 18 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 SUNSHADE RAIL LH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.

  4. INSTALL SUNSHADE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CCQX

      Insert the sunshade trim sub-assembly into the tilt roof housing sub-assembly.

    2. A01CDMR

      Install the sliding roof sunshade stopper with the screw.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.
