REAR CONSOLE BOX DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER SUPPORT (for Long Type)

      Remove the No. 1 instrument panel cup holder support.

  2. REMOVE CENTER CONSOLE MAT (for Long Type)

      Remove the center console mat.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH (for Long Type)


    1. A01CEEU

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 7 claws.

    2. Disengage the 6 guides and remove the No. 1 console upper panel garnish.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH (for Long Type)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 1 console upper panel garnish.

  5. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX HOLE COVER (for Long Type)

      Disengage the 3 claws.

    2. A01CFJ0

      Disengage the 2 guides and remove the console box hole cover.

  6. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE COVER (for Long Type)

      Remove the 2 screws and upper console cover.

  7. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL (for Long Type)

      Remove the 4 screws and upper console panel.

  8. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Long Type)

      Remove the 4 screws and console box holder sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE COVER (for Short Type)

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the upper console cover.

  10. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX INSERT SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Short Type)

      Remove the 6 screws and front console box insert sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE UPPER REAR CONSOLE PANEL (for Short Type)


    1. A01CAWY

      Disengage the 5 claws and remove the upper rear console panel.

  12. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Short Type)


    1. A01CBJ7

      Remove the 3 screws and console compartment door sub-assembly.

  13. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Short Type)


    1. A01CEHH

      Remove the 7 screws and console compartment door hinge sub-assembly from the front console box insert sub-assembly.

    2. A01CCQ3

      Remove the 7 screws and inner console compartment door.

    3. A01CBIY

      Remove the 3 screws and console compartment door hinge sub-assembly from the console compartment door sub-assembly.

  14. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION


    1. A01CAQ0

      Remove the 4 screws and front console box cover from the front console box insert sub-assembly.

    2. A01CC3O

      Remove the 2 console compartment door cushions from the front console box cover as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01CBRF

      Remove the 2 console compartment door cushions from the inner console compartment door as shown in the illustration.
