FRONT BLOWER MOTOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL FRONT BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Cold Area)


    1. A01CDCQ

      Install the front blower motor sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

    2. Connect the connector.

    3. Engage the clamp.

  2. INSTALL FRONT BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Cold Area)


    1. A01CE3Q

      Install the front blower motor sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

    2. Connect the connector.

    3. Engage the clamp.

    4. A01CFYV

      Engage the clamp.

    5. Engage the quick heater connector with the 2 screws.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the 2 guides.

    3. Engage the 4 claws to install the No. 2 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly.

      Note

      Make sure that the claws are fully engaged.

  4. INSTALL CENTER FLOOR CARPET COVER LH (for RHD)

      Engage the 4 claws.

    2. A01CG2A

      Install the center floor carpet cover LH with the clip.

  5. INSTALL CENTER FLOOR CARPET COVER RH (for LHD)


    1. A01CB02

      Engage the 5 claws.

    2. A01CBO2

      Install the center floor carpet cover RH with the clip.
