REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Rear No. 1 Seat) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CASL

      Install the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }
    2. A01CDZNE01

      Fold the seatback forward, and then recline it to the first lock position as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01CGDUE01

      Insert the pin punch to the zero point calibration hole of the reclining sensor.

    4. With the pin punch inserted, install the reclining sensor with the 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

    5. Remove the pin punch.

      Engage the 2 claws to close the cover.

  2. INSTALL NO. 3 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH


    1. A01CG31

      Insert the guide.

    2. Engage the 4 claws.

    3. Install the No. 3 rear seat reclining cover LH with the 4 screws.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. Temporarily install the No. 1 seatback cover with pad to the No. 1 seatback frame.

      Engage the 8 claws to install the 4 rear seat headrest supports.

    3. A01CBWG

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 1 seatback cover with pad with 10 new hog rings.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

      Install the rear seat shoulder belt cover to the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly.

    2. A01CCIPE01

      Engage the 2 claws (1) and (2).

    3. Engage the 2 claws (3) and (4) to install the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

  5. INSTALL SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER


    1. A01CFBQ

      Engage the 2 claws to install the shoulder belt anchor cover.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CDS0

      Install the rear seat center armrest assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }
    2. A01CE2C

      Close the fastener.

    3. A01CATW

      Using hog ring pliers, install 5 new hog rings.

  7. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CDKX

      Install the rear No. 1 seat armrest assembly with the bolt, wave washer and washer.

      Torque:
      24 N*m  { 245 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf }

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT ARMREST HOLE COVER


    1. A01CG3D

      Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat armrest hole cover.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER FRONT COVER


    1. A01CAWD

      Install the rear seat reclining inner front cover RH with the 3 screws.

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER REAR COVER


    1. A01CC38

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the rear seat reclining inner rear cover RH with the screw.

  11. CONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CEMWE01

      Route the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly through the rubber band as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01CG7NE01

      Connect the floor end of the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the rear No. 1 seat adjuster.

  12. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CD24

      Route the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly through the seatback mount as shown in the illustration and fasten the snap button on the installation band.

      Install the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the rear No. 1 seat spring assembly.

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT COVER


    1. A01CBZU

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the rear seat inner belt cover with the 4 screws.

    3. Engage the claw to close the cover as shown in the illustration.

  14. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER


    1. A01CCLF

      Engage the 3 claws to install the rear seatback lock striker cover.

  15. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER


    1. A01CDCB

      Insert the 3 guides to install the rear seat cushion under cover.

  16. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT SUPPORT CUSHION


    1. A01CC0L

      Install the 2 No. 2 rear seat support cushions with the 2 screws.

  17. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD


    1. A01CF96E01

      Install the No. 1 seat cushion cover with pad to the No. 1 seat leg RH with the 2 bolts <A>, bolt <B> and bush.

      Torque:
      32 N*m  { 326 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Check that the separate type rear seat cushion cover with pad locks in place when it is tilted forward and backward.

    2. If the separate type rear seat cushion cover with pad locks does not be locking:


      1. Loosen the 2 bolts <A> and the bolt <B>.

      2. Tilt backward the separate type rear seat cushion cover with pad.

        Place a 2 mm thick plate or equivalent tool on the No. 2 rear seat support cushion as shown in the illustration.

      4. Tilt forward the separate type rear seat cushion cover with pad.

      5. Push down on the front end of the separate type rear seat cushion cover with pad and tighten the bolt (B).

        Torque:
        32 N*m  { 326 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

      6. Tighten the 2 bolts <A>.

        Torque:
        32 N*m  { 326 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

      7. Check that the separate type rear seat cushion cover with pad locks in place when it is tilted forward and backward.

    3. Install the bolt <C>.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

  18. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

      Insert the 3 guides.

    2. Engage the 6 claws.

    3. Install the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover LH with the 2 screws.

  19. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 CENTER SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

      Install the rear No. 1 center seat lap type belt assembly with the bolt and washer.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 1 center seat lap type belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the rear No. 1 seat adjuster.

  20. INSTALL SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP


    1. A01CER3

      Engage the guide and the claw to install the seat adjuster cover cap.

  21. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER RH


    1. A01CCXG

      Insert the 3 guides.

    2. Engage the 4 claws.

    3. Install the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover RH with the 2 screws.

  22. INSTALL SEAT TRACK HANDLE CONTROL LEVER


    1. A01CDKR

      Engage the claw to install the seat track handle control lever.

  23. INSTALL NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Engage the claw to install the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle.

  24. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY


    1. Place the rear No. 1 seat assembly in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Temporary install the rear No. 1 seat assembly with the 4 bolts.

    3. A01CFIGE01

      Install the rear No. 1 seat assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      50 N*m  { 510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Tighten the bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

    4. A01CEL8

      Engage the 3 claws to close the cover as shown in the illustration.

    5. A01CD5Z

      Engage the 3 claws to close the cover as shown in the illustration.

    6. A01CAVV

      Engage the claw to close the cover as shown in the illustration.

    7. A01CDBE

      Engage the claw to close the cover as shown in the illustration.

  25. INSPECT FOR REAR SEAT SLIDE ADJUSTER LOCKS


    1. During the sliding operation of the rear No. 1 seat assembly, check that the left and right adjusters move together smoothly and lock simultaneously. If the seat adjusters do not lock simultaneously, loosen the seat fixation bolts to adjust the adjuster position.

  26. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  27. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY
