REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Rear No. 1 Seat) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and open the cover as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01CAT6E01

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and open the cover as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01CFU4E01

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and open the cover as shown in the illustration.

    4. A01CBE6E01

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and open the cover as shown in the illustration.

      Remove the 4 bolts and rear No. 1 seat assembly.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle.

  5. REMOVE SEAT TRACK HANDLE CONTROL LEVER

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the seat track handle control lever.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and the 3 guides, and remove the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover RH with the rear seat cushion shield RH.

  7. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and the guide, and remove the seat adjuster cover cap.

  8. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 CENTER SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt, washer and rear No. 1 center seat lap type belt assembly.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 6 claws and the 3 guides, and remove the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover LH with the rear seat cushion shield LH.

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Remove the 4 bolts, bush, and No. 1 seat cushion cover with pad.

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT SUPPORT CUSHION

      Remove the 2 screws and 2 No. 2 rear seat support cushions.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER

      Disengage the 3 guides and remove the rear seat cushion under cover.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER

      Using a screw driver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seatback lock striker cover.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT COVER

      Disengage the claw and open the cover as shown in the illustration.

    2. Remove the 4 screws.

    3. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat inner belt cover.

  15. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt.

      Disengage the snap button and remove the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly.

  16. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor end of the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly.

    2. A01CEMWE01

      Remove the floor anchor part of the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly from the rubber band.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER REAR COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat reclining inner rear cover RH.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER FRONT COVER

      Remove the 3 screws and remove the rear seat reclining inner front cover RH.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST HOLE COVER

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat armrest hole cover.

  20. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt, wave washer and washer, and rear No. 1 seat armrest assembly.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 5 hog rings.

    2. A01CCZQ

      Open the fastener.

    3. A01CDS0

      Remove the 2 nuts and rear seat center armrest assembly.

  22. REMOVE SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the shoulder belt anchor cover with rear seat shoulder belt cover.

    2. A01CCVJ

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the shoulder belt anchor cover.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

      Remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover from the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly.

  24. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Remove the 10 hog rings.

    2. A01CE96

      Disengage the 8 claws and remove the 4 rear seat headrest supports.

    3. Remove the No. 1 seatback cover with pad.

  25. REMOVE NO. 3 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

      Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and the guide, and remove the No. 3 rear seat reclining cover LH.

  26. REMOVE REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 2 claws and open the cover.

    2. A01CG1TE01

      Remove the 3 nuts <B> and disconnect the reclining sensor.

    3. Remove the nut <A> and rear seat 3 point type belt assembly.
