REAR CENTER SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Rear No. 2 Seat) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01CFUJE02

      Install the rear No. 2 seat lap type belt assembly RH and rear No. 2 seat inner belt assembly RH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 2 seat lap type belt assembly RH and rear No. 2 seat inner belt assembly RH to overlap the protruding parts of the rear No. 2 seat spring assembly.

    2. A01CCRZ

      Install a new clamp as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG COVER


    1. A01CEEZ

      Install the rear seat leg cover with the 3 clips.

    2. A01CF9S

      Engage the No. 2 seat reclining adjusting cable assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION STOPPER (for RH Side)


    1. A01CESB

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the 2 No. 2 seat cushion stoppers with the 2 screws.

  4. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CFSYE01

      Install the rear No. 2 seat lap type belt assembly and rear No. 2 seat inner belt assembly LH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 2 seat lap type belt assembly and rear No. 2 seat inner belt assembly LH to overlap the protruding parts of the rear No. 2 seat spring assembly.

    2. A01CFLA

      Install a new clamp as shown in the illustration.
