BLOWER UNIT REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT

  2. REMOVE NO. 5 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CEBP

      Disengage the 3 claws and remove the No. 5 air duct sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE QUICK HEATER ASSEMBLY (for Cold Area)


    1. A01CAQW

      Disengage each clamp.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and quick heater connectors and the bracket.

    3. Remove the 2 screws and quick heater assembly as shown in the illustration

    4. A01CDRF

      Disengage the 2 claws to separate the 2 quick heater connectors.

  4. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CDHO

      Disengage each clamp.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

    3. A01CELX

      Remove the 2 screws.

    4. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the blower assembly.
