REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Power Captain Seat) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD

      Disengage the claw and the guide and remove the rear seat lower cushion shield as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG COVER

      Disengage the 5 claws and the guide and remove the rear seat leg cover.

  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY


    1. Operate the ottoman switch to fully raise the ottoman.

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 6 claws and open the 2 covers as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01CDAHE02

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 6 claws and open the 2 covers as shown in the illustration.

    4. Operate the power seat switch and move the seatback to the fully folded position.

    5. A01CCPR

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    6. Remove the nut and disconnect the wiring harness protector set.

    7. Disconnect each connector.

    8. Remove the rear No. 1 seat assembly.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE COVER (for RH Side)

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and the guide and remove the rear seat side table cover.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP (for RH Side)

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and the 2 guides and remove the No. 2 seat side adjuster cover cap.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE BOARD (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 6 clips and remove the rear seat side table board.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE (for RH Side)

      Remove the 2 nuts, 2 bolts and the rear seat side table.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP (for RH Side)

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the 2 No. 1 seat side adjuster cover caps.

  10. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER


    1. A01CC31

      Disengage the 6 claws and the 4 guides and remove the seat adjuster cover cap LH.

  11. REMOVE NO. 3 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and the guide and remove the No. 3 seat adjuster cover cap.

  12. REMOVE NO. 4 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and the guide and remove the No. 4 seat adjuster cover cap.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Disengage the 5 claws.

    3. Disengage the 4 clips.

    4. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat cushion moulding.

  14. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt, washer and the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly.
