REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Manual Captain Seat) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CCAHE01

      Install the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly with the bolt and washer.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the rear No. 1 seat spring assembly.

    2. A01CD3I

      Connect the 2 seat track control cables.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER


    1. A01CEYV

      Engage the 3 guides and the 4 claws.

    2. Install the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover LH with the screw.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER


    1. A01CCYX

      Engage the 2 claws and clip.

    2. Engage the hook to install the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)


    1. A01CAU7

      Install the rear seat side table assembly with the 4 nuts.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE LEG COVER (for RH Side)


    1. A01CEMM

      Install the rear seat side table leg cover with the 2 screws.

  6. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY


    1. Place the rear No. 1 seat assembly in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. A01CE9FE01

      Temporary install the rear No. 1 seat assembly with the 4 bolts.

    3. Tighten the bolt (1).

      Torque:
      50 N*m  { 510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf }

    4. Tighten the bolt (2).

      Torque:
      50 N*m  { 510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf }

    5. Slide the rear No. 1 seat assembly rearward.

    6. Tighten the bolt (3).

      Torque:
      50 N*m  { 510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf }

    7. Slide the rear No. 1 seat assembly inward.

    8. Tighten the bolt (4).

      Torque:
      50 N*m  { 510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      During the sliding operation of the rear No. 1 seat assembly, check that the left and right adjusters move together smoothly and lock simultaneously. If the seat adjusters do not lock simultaneously, loosen the seat fixation bolts to adjust the adjuster position.

    9. A01CDBN

      Engage the 6 claws to close the 2 covers.

    10. A01CC3Y

      Engage the 4 claws to close the 2 covers.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD


    1. A01CD5A

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the claw to install the rear seat lower cushion shield as shown in the illustration.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
