REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Manual Captain Seat) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD


    1. Operate the rear seat lock control lever and move the ottoman to the foremost position.

      Disengage the claw.

    3. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat lower cushion shield as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 4 claws and open the 2 covers.

    2. A01CDAHE02

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 6 claws and open the 2 covers.

    3. A01CE9F

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    4. Remove the rear No. 1 seat assembly.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE LEG COVER (for RH Side)


    1. A01CEMM

      Remove the 2 screws and the rear seat side table leg cover.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

      Remove the 4 nuts and the rear seat side table assembly.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER


    1. A01CCYX

      Disengage the hook.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and clip, and remove the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and 3 guides, and remove the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover LH.

  8. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 seat track control cables.

    2. A01CFP4

      Remove the bolt, washer and the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly.
