REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Luxury Type Power Seat) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

      Install the rear No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      *1 Zero Point Calibration Hole

      Insert a pin punch into the zero point calibration hole of the reclining sensor.

    3. With the pin punch inserted, install the reclining sensor with the 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      4.5 N*m  { 46 kgf*cm, 40 in.*lbf }

    4. Remove the pin punch.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

      Engage the 4 claws to install the No. 2 rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

  3. INSTALL RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR


    1. A01CARU

      Install the reclining cover protector with the 2 screws.

  4. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT PROTECTOR


    1. A01CAOJ

      Insert the 3 guides.

    2. Install the rear No. 1 seat protector with the 2 clips.

  5. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. Temporarily install the rear No. 1 seatback cover with pad to the rear No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly.

      Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    3. A01CFCGE02

      Close the 2 fasteners.

    4. Using hog ring pliers, install the rear No. 1 seatback cover with pad with 3 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Connect the 2 cable clamps.

    2. Install the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  7. INSTALL SEAT STAND FRAME CAP


    1. A01CEXX

      Engage the 2 claws to install the seat stand frame cap.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER


    1. A01CCKP

      Install the rear seat shoulder belt cover with the 2 screws.

  9. INSTALL REAR SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER

      Engage the 4 claws to install the rear shoulder belt anchor cover.

  10. INSTALL FRONT SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the 2 claws to install the front shoulder belt anchor cover.

  11. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Engage each hook.

    2. Engage the 9 hooks.

      Engage the 3 hooks to install the rear No. 1 seat cushion cover with pad.

  12. INSTALL NO. 6 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Engage the claw.

    2. Install the No. 6 rear seat leg side cover with the screw.

  13. INSTALL NO. 5 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Engage the claw.

    2. Install the No. 5 rear seat leg side cover with the screw.

  14. INSTALL LOWER REAR SEAT LEG COVER

      Engage the 6 claws.

    2. Install the lower rear seat leg cover with the 2 screws.

  15. INSTALL NO. 3 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Engage the 2 claws and guide to install the No. 3 rear seat leg side cover.

  16. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Engage the 2 claws and guide to install the No. 2 rear seat leg side cover.

  17. INSTALL NO. 3 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the No. 3 reclining adjuster inside cover LH with the screw.

  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT ARMREST FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Engage the clip and the guide.

    2. Install the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      Bolt <A>, Bolt <B>
      32 N*m  { 326 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

    3. Install the rear seat armrest frame sub-assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      32 N*m  { 326 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

  19. INSTALL REAR POWER SEAT SWITCH WITH CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CEIG

      Install the rear power seat switch with cup holder assembly with the 3 bolts and 2 screws.

    2. Connect the connector and engage the 2 clamps.

  20. INSTALL REAR SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CEVD

      Install the rear seat armrest assembly LH with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      32 N*m  { 326 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

  21. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CEBNE01

      Install the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly with the bolt and washer.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the floor panel.

  22. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Engage the 4 clips.

    3. Engage the 5 claws.

    4. Install the rear seat cushion moulding with the 2 bolts.

  23. INSTALL NO. 4 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Engage the guide and the claw to install the No. 4 seat adjuster cover cap.

  24. INSTALL NO. 3 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Engage the guide and the claw to install the No. 3 seat adjuster cover cap.

  25. INSTALL SEAT ADJUSTER COVER LH

      Engage the 4 guides.

    2. Engage the 6 claws to install the seat adjuster cover cap LH.

  26. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP (for RH Side)

      Engage the 2 claws to install the 2 No. 1 seat side adjuster cover caps.

  27. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE (for RH Side)

      Install the rear seat side table with the 2 nuts and 2 bolts.

      Engage the hook to store the table.

    3. A01CG3R

      Secure the rear seat side table clip with the screw.

  28. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE BOARD (for RH Side)

      Engage the 6 clips to install the rear seat side table board.

  29. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP (for RH Side)

      Engage the 2 claws and the 2 guides to install the No. 2 seat side adjuster cover cap.

  30. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE COVER (for RH Side)

      Engage the guide and the claw to install the rear seat side table cover.

  31. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY RH WITH FRAME AND COVER


    1. A01CCRT

      Install the rear No. 1 seat armrest assembly RH with frame and cover with the 4 nuts.

      Torque:
      32 N*m  { 326 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

    2. Engage the clamp.

  32. CONNECT REAR NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

      Connect the rear No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the cushion frame.

  33. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH


    1. Connect the connector of the rear power seat switch.

    2. Connect the cable of the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly.

      Place the reclining adjuster cover RH onto the seat in the direction indicated by arrow (1) in the illustration.

    4. Slide the reclining adjuster cover RH in the direction indicated by arrow (2) in the illustration to engage the 2 guides.

    5. Engage the 3 clips.

    6. Install the 4 screws.

    7. Install the reclining adjuster cover RH with the 2 bolts.

  34. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Engage the guide and the claw to install the No. 1 seat adjuster cover cap.

  35. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Engage the guide and the claw to install the No. 2 seat adjuster cover cap.

  36. INSTALL NO. 3 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

      Engage the 3 claws and 2 clips to install the No. 3 reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

  37. INSTALL SEAT ADJUSTER COVER RH

      Engage the 4 guides and the 6 claws to install the seat adjuster cover cap RH.

  38. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION

      Install the rear seat cushion with the screw.

  39. INSTALL NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Engage the claw to install the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle.
