REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Luxury Type Power Seat) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION

      Remove the screw and the rear seat cushion.

  4. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER RH

      Disengage the 6 claws and the 4 guides and remove the seat adjuster cover cap RH.

  5. REMOVE NO. 3 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

      Disengage the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the No. 3 reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and the guide and remove the No. 2 seat adjuster cover cap.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and the guide and remove the No. 1 seat adjuster cover cap.

  8. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Remove the 4 screws.

    3. Disengage the 3 clips.

    4. Slide the reclining adjuster cover RH in the direction indicated by arrow (1) in the illustration to disengage the 2 guides.

    5. Slide the reclining adjuster cover RH in the direction indicated by arrow (2) in the illustration and remove it from the seat.

    6. Disconnect the connector of the rear power seat switch.

    7. Disconnect the cable of the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly and remove the reclining adjuster cover RH.

  9. DISCONNECT REAR NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly.

  10. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY RH WITH FRAME AND COVER

      Disengage the clamp and disconnect the seat wire.

    2. Remove the 4 nuts and the rear No. 1 seat armrest assembly RH with frame and cover.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE COVER (for RH Side)

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and the guide and remove the rear seat side table cover.

  12. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP (for RH Side)

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and the 2 guides and remove the No. 2 seat side adjuster cover cap.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE BOARD (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 6 clips and remove the rear seat side table board.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE (for RH Side)

      Remove the 2 nuts, 2 bolts and the rear seat side table.

  15. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP (for RH Side)

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the 2 No. 1 seat side adjuster cover caps.

  16. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER LH

      Disengage the 6 claws and the 4 guides and remove the seat adjuster cover cap LH.

  17. REMOVE NO. 3 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and the guide and remove the No. 3 seat adjuster cover cap.

  18. REMOVE NO. 4 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and the guide and remove the No. 4 seat adjuster cover cap.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Disengage the 5 claws.

    3. Disengage the 4 clips.

    4. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat cushion moulding.

  20. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt, washer and the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 bolts and the rear seat armrest assembly LH.

  22. REMOVE REAR POWER SEAT SWITCH WITH CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Remove the 2 screws.

    3. Disengage the 2 claws.

    4. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the cup holder assembly with cover bezel.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 nuts.

    2. Remove the 4 bolts.

    3. Disengage the guide and clip and remove the rear seat armrest frame sub-assembly.

  24. REMOVE NO. 3 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and the No. 3 reclining adjuster inside cover.

  25. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and guide, and remove the No. 2 rear seat leg side cover.

  26. REMOVE NO. 3 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and guide, and remove the No. 3 rear seat leg side cover.

  27. REMOVE LOWER REAR SEAT LEG COVER

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 6 claws and remove the lower rear seat leg cover.

  28. REMOVE NO. 5 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the No. 5 rear seat leg side cover.

  29. REMOVE NO. 6 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the No. 6 rear seat leg side cover.

  30. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the 3 hooks.

    2. Disengage the 9 hooks.

      Disengage each hook and remove the rear No. 1 seat cushion cover with pad.

  31. REMOVE FRONT SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the front shoulder belt anchor cover.

  32. REMOVE REAR SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER

      Disengage 4 claws and remove the rear shoulder belt anchor cover.

  33. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

      Remove the 2 screws and the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

  34. REMOVE SEAT STAND FRAME CAP

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat stand frame cap.

  35. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disconnect the 2 cable clamps and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly.

  36. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Remove the 3 hog rings.

    2. Open the 2 fasteners.

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    4. Remove the rear No. 1 seatback cover with pad from the rear No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly.

  37. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT PROTECTOR

      Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

    2. Separate the 3 guides and remove the rear No. 1 seat protector.

  38. REMOVE RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR

      Remove the 2 screws and reclining cover protector.

  39. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the No. 2 rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

  40. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 nuts <B> and disconnect the reclining sensor.

    2. Remove the nut <A> and rear No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly.
