REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Manual Captain Seat) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD


    1. Operate the rear seat lock control lever and move the ottoman to the foremost position.

      Disengage the claw.

    3. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat lower cushion shield as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 4 claws and open the 2 covers.

    2. A01CDAHE02

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 6 claws and open the 2 covers.

    3. A01CE9F

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    4. Remove the rear No. 1 seat assembly.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the No. 2 reclining adjuster release handle.

  6. REMOVE NO. 3 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER

      Disengage the hook.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws and 2 clips, and remove the No. 3 reclining adjuster inside cover.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION

      Remove the screw and the rear seat cushion.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

      Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and 2 guides.

    3. Disconnect the 4 cable clamps and remove the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover RH.

  9. DISCONNECT REAR NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly.

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER

      Disengage the hook.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and clip, and remove the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE LEG COVER (for RH Side)

      Remove the 2 screws and the rear seat side table leg cover.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

      Remove the 4 nuts and the rear seat side table assembly.

  13. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and 3 guides, and remove the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover LH.

  14. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 seat track control cables.

    2. A01CFP4

      Remove the bolt, washer and the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly.

  15. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws, guide and remove the No. 2 rear seat leg side cover.

  16. REMOVE NO. 3 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws, guide and remove the No. 3 rear seat leg side cover.

  17. REMOVE LOWER REAR SEAT LEG COVER

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 6 claws and remove the lower rear seat leg cover.

  18. REMOVE NO. 5 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the No. 5 rear seat leg side cover.

  19. REMOVE NO. 6 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the No. 6 rear seat leg side cover.

  20. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the 3 hooks.

    2. Disengage the 7 hooks.

      Disengage the 5 hooks and remove the No. 1 seat cushion cover with pad.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST HOLE COVER RH

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat armrest hole cover RH.

  22. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01CAWE

      Remove the bolt and the rear seat armrest assembly RH.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST HOLE COVER LH


    1. A01CAX7

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat armrest hole cover LH.

  24. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01CBGR

      Remove the bolt and the rear seat armrest assembly LH.

  25. REMOVE FRONT SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the front shoulder belt anchor cover.

  26. REMOVE REAR SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER

      Disengage 4 claws and remove the rear shoulder belt anchor cover.

  27. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

      Remove the 2 screws and the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

  28. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Open the 2 fasteners.

    2. Remove the 3 hog rings.

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    4. Remove the No. 1 seatback cover with pad from the No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly.

  29. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT PROTECTOR

      Remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the 4 hooks and remove the rear No. 1 seat protector.

  30. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the No. 2 rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

  31. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 nuts <B> and disconnect the reclining sensor.

    2. Remove the nut <A> and rear No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly.
