REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL SEAT TRACK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Install the seat track control cable assembly.

    2. Install 5 new clamps.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTING CABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CEMY

      Install the No. 2 seat reclining adjusting cable assembly.

    2. A01CE3S

      Engage the guide.

    3. Install the rear seat cushion support guide with the bolt.

      Torque:
      13 N*m  { 129 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTING CABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CD8X

      Install the No. 2 seat reclining adjusting cable assembly.

    2. Install a new clamp.

    3. A01CEBB

      Engage the guide.

    4. Install the rear seat cushion support guide with the bolt.

      Torque:
      13 N*m  { 129 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER RECLINING COVER LH


    1. A01CDYA

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the rear seat inner reclining cover LH with the screw.

  5. INSTALL RECLINING HINGE COVER LH


    1. A01CFFT

      Install the reclining hinge cover LH with the 2 screws.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER RECLINING COVER RH


    1. A01CAJY

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the rear seat inner reclining cover RH with the 2 screws.

  7. INSTALL RECLINING HINGE COVER RH


    1. A01CCGL

      Install the reclining hinge cover RH with the 2 screws.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT NO. 3 CUSHION HINGE COVER


    1. A01CAWV

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the rear seat No. 3 cushion hinge cover with the screw.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT NO. 2 CUSHION HINGE COVER


    1. A01CF1B

      Install the rear seat No. 2 cushion hinge cover with the 3 screws.

  10. INSTALL CAP


    1. A01CAU8

      Engage the 2 claws and guide to install the cap.

  11. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    CAUTION:


    • More than 2 people are required for the following procedure because of the high hinge spring tension.

    • Be careful not to catch your hand or fingers in the hinge.


    1. A01CAWH

      Install the rear seatback hinge sub-assembly with the 2 bolts and 2 washers.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    2. Using a screwdriver, tilt the rear seatback hinge sub-assembly up as shown in the illustration.

      CAUTION:

      Be careful as the screwdriver may come out of the hinge, causing serious injury.

    3. A01CASSE02

      While holding the rear seatback hinge sub-assembly, install the stopper bolt (1).

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

    4. Connect the No. 2 seat reclining adjusting cable assembly with the stopper bolt (2).

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }
    5. A01CAJT

      Install the bolt.

      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT NO. 3 CUSHION HINGE COVER


    1. A01CF64

      Engage the 2 claws and 2 guides, and install the rear seat No. 3 cushion hinge cover.

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT NO. 1 CUSHION HINGE COVER


    1. A01CDWX

      Engage the 5 claws and guide.

    2. Install the rear seat No. 1 cushion hinge cover with the 2 screws.

  14. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CCOHE01

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly to the No. 2 seatback pad with 6 new hog rings.

  15. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. Temporarily install the No. 2 seatback cover with pad.

    2. for RH side:


      1. A01CG2V

        Engage the 2 hooks.

      2. A01CDAZ

        Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear No. 2 seat headrest supports.

    3. for LH side:


      1. A01CC35

        Engage the 8 claws to install the 4 rear No. 2 seat headrest supports.

    4. A01CEOCE01

      Using hog ring pliers, install the fasten rubber with 3 new hog rings .

    5. Engage the hook.

    6. A01CD6N

      Close the 2 fasteners to install the No. 2 seatback cover with pad.

  16. INSTALL CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CAKS

      Install the center seat armrest assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

  17. INSTALL SEAT ARMREST COVER


    1. A01CE0G

      Engage the 2 claws and 2 guides to install the seat armrest cover.

  18. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CDOD

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly to the No. 2 seat cushion pad with 16 new hog rings.

  19. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD


    1. Temporarily install the No. 2 seat cushion cover with pad.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install 4 new hog rings as shown in the illustration.

    3. Engage the hook to install the No. 2 seat cushion cover with pad.

  20. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

      Install the rear seat cushion cover with the 2 clips.

  21. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION LOCK RELEASE LEVER ASSEMBLY

      Connect the seat track control cable assembly to install the No. 1 seat cushion lock release lever assembly.

  22. INSTALL REAR SEAT UNDER CUSHION COVER


    1. A01CEKM

      Engage the 4 claws and connect the No. 1 seat cushion lock release lever assembly.

    2. A01CDF1E01

      Install the rear seat cushion lock hook sub-assembly with a new clamp.

    3. Install the 8 screws.

    4. A01CCPZ

      Close the fastener.

    5. A01CBZKE01

      Engage the 3 hooks starting from position (A) shown in the illustration to install the rear seat under cushion cover.

  23. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOWER CUSHION HINGE COVER (for RH Side)


    1. A01CFUV

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the 3 claws and clip.

    3. Install the rear seat lower cushion hinge cover with the 2 screws.

  24. INSTALL REAR SEAT NO. 3 CUSHION HINGE COVER (for RH Side)

      Engage the 3 claws and guide.

    2. Install the rear seat No. 3 cushion hinge cover with the screw and clip.

  25. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOWER CUSHION HINGE COVER (for LH Side)

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the 3 claws and clip.

    3. Install the rear seat lower cushion hinge cover with the screw and clip.

  26. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER CUSHION HINGE COVER (for LH Side)

      Engage the 3 claws and guide.

    2. Install the rear seat inner cushion hinge cover with the screw and clip.

  27. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CCTX

      Connect the seat track control cable assembly.

    2. A01CBLS

      Engage the 2 guides.

    3. Install the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  28. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER


    1. A01CEUA

      Engage the 5 claws and guide.

    2. Install the rear seat reclining cover with the 2 screws.

  29. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CFUJE01

      Install the rear No. 2 seat inner belt assembly and rear No. 2 seat lap type belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 2 seat inner belt assembly and rear No. 2 seat lap type belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the rear No. 2 seat spring assembly.

    2. A01CCRZ

      Install a new clamp as shown in the illustration.

  30. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG COVER


    1. A01CEEZ

      Install the rear seat leg cover with the 3 clips.

    2. A01CF9S

      Engage the No. 2 seat reclining adjusting cable assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

  31. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION STOPPER


    1. A01CESB

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the 2 No. 2 seat cushion stoppers with the 2 screws.
