REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION STOPPER

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and 2 No. 2 seat cushion stoppers.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG COVER

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the No. 2 seat reclining adjusting cable assembly.

    2. A01CEEZ

      Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips and the rear seat leg cover.

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the clamp.

    2. Remove the bolt and the rear No. 2 seat inner belt assembly and rear No. 2 seat lap type belt assembly.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 5 claws and guide, and remove the rear seat reclining cover.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides.

    3. A01CCTX

      Disconnect the seat track control cable assembly and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 3 CUSHION HINGE COVER (for RH Side)


    1. A01CCMR

      Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

    2. Remove the screw.

    3. Disengage the 3 claws and guide, and remove the rear seat No. 3 cushion hinge cover.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOWER CUSHION HINGE COVER (for RH Side)

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws and clip.

    3. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat lower cushion hinge cover.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER CUSHION HINGE COVER (for LH Side)

      Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

    2. Remove the screw.

    3. Disengage the 3 claws and guide, and remove the rear seat inner cushion hinge cover.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOWER CUSHION HINGE COVER (for LH Side)

      Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

    2. Remove the screw.

    3. Disengage the 3 claws and clip.

    4. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat lower cushion hinge cover.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT UNDER CUSHION COVER

      Disengage the 3 hooks as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01CEBT

      Open the fastener.

    3. A01CDF1E01

      Remove the 8 screws.

    4. Remove the clamp and the rear seat cushion lock hook sub-assembly.

    5. A01CEKM

      Disengage the 4 claws and disconnect the No. 1 seat cushion lock release lever assembly.

    6. Remove the rear seat under cushion cover.

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION LOCK RELEASE LEVER ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the seat track control cable assembly and remove the No. 1 seat cushion lock release lever assembly.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A01CFGI

      Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips and the rear seat cushion cover.

  13. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD


    1. A01CFDM

      Disengage the hook.

    2. Remove the 4 hog rings and the No. 2 seat cushion cover with pad as shown in the illustration.

  14. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CBRV

      Remove the 16 hog rings and the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly from the No. 2 seat cushion pad.

  15. REMOVE SEAT ARMREST COVER


    1. A01CEE8

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides, and remove the seat armrest cover.

  16. REMOVE CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

      Remove the nut and the center seat armrest assembly.

  17. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. A01CAUA

      Open the 2 fasteners.

    2. A01CGGC

      Disengage the hook.

    3. Remove the 3 hog rings.

    4. for RH side:


      1. A01CG2V

        Disengage the 2 hooks.

      2. A01CDAZ

        Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear No. 2 seat headrest supports.

    5. for LH side:


      1. A01CC35

        Disengage the 8 claws and remove the 4 rear No. 2 seat headrest supports.

    6. Remove the No. 2 seatback cover with pad.

  18. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CFTH

      Remove the 6 hog rings and the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly from the No. 2 seatback pad.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 1 CUSHION HINGE COVER


    1. A01CDWX

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 5 claws and guide, and remove the rear seat No. 1 cushion hinge cover.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 3 CUSHION HINGE COVER


    1. A01CF64

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides, and remove the rear seat No. 3 cushion hinge cover.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    CAUTION:


    • More than 2 people are required for the following procedure because of the high hinge spring tension.

    • Be careful not to catch your hand or fingers in the hinge.


    1. A01CAJT

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Using a screwdriver, hold the rear seatback hinge sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

      CAUTION:

      Be careful as the screwdriver may come out of the hinge, causing serious injury.

    3. Remove the 2 stopper bolts in the order shown in the illustration and disconnect the No. 2 seat reclining adjusting cable assembly.

    4. Return the rear seatback hinge sub-assembly until the hinge spring tension is no longer felt.

      CAUTION:

      Be sure to move the rear seatback hinge sub-assembly slowly because of the high hinge spring tension.

    5. A01CAWH

      Remove the 2 bolts, 2 washers and the rear seatback hinge sub-assembly.

  22. REMOVE CAP


    1. A01CAU8

      Disengage the 2 claws and guide, and remove the cap.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 2 CUSHION HINGE COVER

      Remove the 3 screws and the rear seat No. 2 cushion hinge cover.

  24. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 3 CUSHION HINGE COVER


    1. A01CAWV

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and the rear seat No. 3 cushion hinge cover.

  25. REMOVE RECLINING HINGE COVER RH


    1. A01CCGL

      Remove the 2 screws and the reclining hinge cover RH.

  26. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER RECLINING COVER RH


    1. A01CAJY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat inner reclining cover RH.

  27. REMOVE RECLINING HINGE COVER LH


    1. A01CFFT

      Remove the 2 screws and the reclining hinge cover LH.

  28. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER RECLINING COVER LH


    1. A01CDYA

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat inner reclining cover LH.

  29. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTING CABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CEBB

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat cushion support guide.

    3. A01CD8X

      Remove the clamp.

    4. Remove the No. 2 seat reclining adjusting cable assembly.

  30. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTING CABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CE3S

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat cushion support guide.

    3. A01CEMY

      Remove the No. 2 seat reclining adjusting cable assembly.

  31. REMOVE SEAT TRACK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CBKD

      Remove the 5 clamps.

    2. Remove the seat track control cable assembly.
