  1. INSPECT NO. 1 SEAT BACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      (Reclining Motor (No. 1 Seat Back Frame Sub-assembly LH))

      Check the operation of the reclining motor.


      1. Check if the seat back moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the reclining motor connector terminals.

        OK
        Condition Operational Direction

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 4

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 3

        		 Seat back moves forward

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 3

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 4

        		 Seat back moves backward

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 seat back frame sub-assembly LH.

  2. INSPECT REAR RECLINING ADJUSTER ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY LOWER INNER LH

      (Ottoman Motor (Rear Reclining Adjuster Arm Sub-assembly Lower Inner LH))

      Check the operation of the ottoman motor.


      1. Check if the ottoman moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the ottoman motor connector terminals.

        OK
        Condition Operational Direction

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 3

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 4

        		 Seat back moves forward

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 4

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 3

        		 Seat back moves backward

        If the result is not as specified, replace the rear reclining adjuster arm sub-assembly lower inner LH.

  3. INSPECT NO. 1 SEAT BACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
