REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 60/40 Split Seat Type LH Side) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle.

  2. REMOVE SEAT TRACK HANDLE CONTROL LEVER

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the seat track handle control lever.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and the 3 guides, and remove the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover LH with the rear seat cushion shield LH.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat cushion shield LH from the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover LH.

      Note

      To avoid damage to the claws, only remove the rear seat cushion shield LH when it or the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover LH needs to be replaced.

  5. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and the guide, and remove the seat adjuster cover cap.

  6. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt, washer and rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly.

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER RH


    1. A01CCP7

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 5 claws and 3 guides, and remove the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover RH with the rear seat cushion shield RH.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat cushion shield RH from the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover RH.

      Note

      To avoid damage to the claws, only remove the rear seat cushion shield RH when it or the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover RH needs to be replaced.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Remove the 4 bolts and bush, and remove the No. 1 seat cushion cover with pad.

  10. REMOVE LOWER REAR SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and the guide, and remove the lower rear seat cushion shield.

  11. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION LOCK RELEASE LEVER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide.

      Disengage the 2 cable clamps and remove the seat cushion lock release lever assembly.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Open the 2 fasteners.

    2. A01CGC4

      Remove the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly from the No. 1 seat cushion cover with pad.

  13. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK INNER CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Remove the clamp.

    2. Disengage the 2 cable clamps and remove the rear No. 1 seat lock inner cable assembly.

  14. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 6 hog rings and No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly from the No. 1 seat cushion pad.

  15. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT SUPPORT CUSHION

      Remove the 2 screws and 2 No. 2 rear seat support cushions.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER

      Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat cushion under cover.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seatback lock striker cover.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT COVER

      Disengage the claw and open the cover as shown in the illustration.

    2. Remove the 3 screws.

    3. Disengage the 2 guide and remove the rear seat inner belt cover.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST HOLE COVER

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat armrest hole cover.

  20. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt, wave washer and washer, and remove the rear No. 1 seat armrest assembly.

  21. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Remove the 3 hog rings.

      Open the fastener.

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    4. A01CCJR

      Remove the 3 hog rings and No. 1 seatback cover with pad.

  22. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 6 hog rings and No. 1 seatback cover sub-assembly from the No. 1 seatback pad.

  23. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION SPRING DAMPER

      Remove the 2 nuts.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the seat cushion spring damper.

  24. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE OUTER COVER RH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the reclining adjuster inside outer cover RH.

  25. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE OUTER COVER LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the reclining adjuster inside outer cover LH.

  26. REMOVE SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE REAR COVER RH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat reclining adjuster inside rear cover RH.

  27. REMOVE SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE FRONT COVER RH

      Remove the screw and seat reclining adjuster inside front cover RH.

  28. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE REAR COVER LH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the reclining adjuster inside rear cover LH.

  29. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE FRONT COVER LH

  30. REMOVE RECLINING CONTROL LEVER

  31. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK OUTER CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 4 cable clamps and remove the rear No. 1 seat lock outer cable assembly.

  32. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY
