  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Install the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly to the rear No. 1 seat leg sub-assembly with the 5 nuts.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK HOOK


    1. A01CDCC

      Install the rear seat lock hook with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CAPK

      Install the rear No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      55 N*m  { 561 kgf*cm, 41 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE CLIP (for RH Side)

      Engage the guide.

    2. Temporarily install the rear seat side table clip with the screw.

  5. INSTALL WALK IN SLIDE CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CAXG

      Connect the 2 cable clamps to the No. 1 seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

    2. Install the walk in slide control cable assembly with a new clamp.

  6. INSTALL RECLINING CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Connect the 4 cable clamps to the No. 1 seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

    2. Install the reclining control cable assembly with a new clamp.

  7. INSTALL SIDE SLIDE CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Connect the 4 cable clamps to install the side slide control cable assembly to the No. 1 seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

    2. Install 2 new clamps.

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT WIRE

      Engage the clamp.

    2. Connect the connector to install the No. 2 seat wire.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT WIRE

      Engage the 8 clamps.

    2. A01CEFL

      Engage the 2 clamps.

    3. Connect the connector to install the rear seat wire.

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING DAMPER


    1. A01CFRS

      Install the rear seat cushion spring damper with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL NO. 2 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH


    1. A01CF9M

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the No. 2 reclining adjuster inside cover LH with the 2 screws.

  12. INSTALL RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR


    1. A01CARU

      Install the reclining cover protector with the 2 screws.

  13. INSTALL NO. 1 RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR

      Engage the claw and install the No. 1 reclining cover protector to the No. 2 reclining cover protector.

    2. A01CCKD

      Install the No. 1 reclining cover protector with the No. 2 reclining cover protector with the screw.

  14. INSTALL NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH


    1. A01CEY4

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the No. 1 reclining adjuster inside cover LH with the 2 screws.

  15. INSTALL NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

      Engage the clamp to connect the side airbag wire harness.

    2. Engage the guide.

    3. Install the No. 1 reclining adjuster inside cover RH with the clip.

  16. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the 3 claws to install the No. 1 rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

  17. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CDUS

      Install the rear No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }
    2. A01CFJTE01

      Insert a pin punch into the zero point calibration hole of the reclining sensor.

    3. With the pin punch inserted, install the reclining sensor with the 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      4.5 N*m  { 46 kgf*cm, 40 in.*lbf }

    4. Remove the pin punch.

  18. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER


    1. A01CDCO

      Engage the 4 claws to install the No. 2 rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

  19. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT PROTECTOR


    1. A01CAOJ

      Insert the 3 guides.

    2. Install the rear No. 1 seat protector with the 2 clips.

  20. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CDRC

      Using hog ring pliers, install the rear No. 1 seatback cover sub-assembly with 11 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  21. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. Temporarily install the rear No. 1 seatback cover with pad to the rear No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly.

      Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    3. A01CFCGE02

      Close the 2 fasteners.

    4. Using hog ring pliers, install the rear No. 1 seatback cover with pad with 3 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  22. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CDJF

      Connect the 2 cable clamps.

    2. Install the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  23. INSTALL SEAT STAND FRAME CAP


    1. A01CEXX

      Engage the 2 claws to install the seat stand frame cap.

  24. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER


    1. A01CCKP

      Install the rear seat shoulder belt cover with the 2 screws.

  25. INSTALL REAR SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER

      Engage the 4 claws to install the rear shoulder belt anchor cover.

  26. INSTALL FRONT SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the 2 claws to install the front shoulder belt anchor cover.

  27. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUST LOWER INNER ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Install the reclining adjust lower inner arm sub-assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      32 N*m  { 326 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

    2. Engage the 3 clamps to install the seat wire.

    3. Connect the connector.

  28. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT FOOTREST COVER

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the No. 1 rear seat footrest cover with the 2 screws.

  29. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG REST COVER

      Install the rear seat leg rest cover with the 4 screws.

  30. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using hog ring pliers, temporarily install the rear No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with 14 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. Engage the 2 fasteners.

      Using hog ring pliers, install the rear No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with 3 new hog rings.

  31. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

  39. INSTALL CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY

      Install the cup holder assembly with the 4 screws.

  40. INSTALL CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY WITH COVER BEZEL

  42. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Install the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly with the bolt and washer.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the floor panel.

  43. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Engage the 4 clips.

    3. Engage the 5 claws.

    4. Install the rear seat cushion moulding with the 2 bolts.

  44. INSTALL NO. 4 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Engage the guide and the claw to install the No. 4 seat adjuster cover cap.

  45. INSTALL NO. 3 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

  54. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY RH WITH FRAME AND COVER

      Install the rear No. 1 seat armrest assembly RH with frame and cover with the 4 nuts.

      Torque:
      32 N*m  { 326 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

    2. Engage the clamp.

  55. CONNECT NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

      Connect the rear No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the cushion frame.

  56. INSTALL REAR POWER SEAT SWITCH

      Install the rear power seat switch with the 3 screws.

  57. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH


    1. Connect the connector of the rear power seat switch.

    2. Connect the cable of the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly.

      Place the reclining adjuster cover RH onto the seat in the direction indicated by arrow (1) in the illustration.

    4. Slide the reclining adjuster cover RH in the direction indicated by arrow (2) in the illustration to engage the 2 guides.

    5. Engage the 3 clips.

    6. Install the 4 screws.

    7. Install the reclining adjuster cover RH with the 2 bolts.
