REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat) INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT NO. 1 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01CFM6E94

      Check operation of the seat frame (reclining motor).


      1. Check if the seat frame moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the reclining motor connector terminals.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Operational Direction

        Battery positive (+) → f1-2

        Battery negative (-) → f1-1

        		 Upward

        Battery positive (+) → f1-1

        Battery negative (-) → f1-2

        		 Downward

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

  2. INSPECT RECLINING ADJUST ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY LWR INNER RH


    1. A01CFM6E95

      Check operation of the seat frame (ottoman motor).


      1. Check if the seat frame moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the ottoman motor connector terminals.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Operational Direction

        Battery positive (+) → X2-1

        Battery negative (-) → X2-2

        		 Forward

        Battery positive (+) → X2-2

        Battery negative (-) → X2-1

        		 Backward

        If the result is not as specified, replace the reclining adjust arm sub-assembly LWR inner RH.

  3. INSPECT NO. 1 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01CFM6E96

      Check operation of the seat frame (reclining motor).


      1. Check if the seat frame moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the reclining motor connector terminals.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Operational Direction

        Battery positive (+) → Q1-2

        Battery negative (-) → Q1-1

        		 Forward

        Battery positive (+) → Q1-1

        Battery negative (-) → Q1-2

        		 Backward

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

  4. INSPECT RECLINING ADJUST ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY LWR INNER LH


    1. A01CFM6E98

      Check operation of the seat frame (ottoman motor).


      1. Check if the seat frame moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the ottoman motor connector terminals.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Operational Direction

        Battery positive (+) → Y2-1

        Battery negative (-) → Y2-2

        		 Forward

        Battery positive (+) → Y2-2

        Battery negative (-) → Y2-1

        		 Backward

        If the result is not as specified, replace the reclining adjust arm sub-assembly LWR inner LH.
