REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION

      Remove the screw and the rear seat cushion.

  3. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP RH

      Disengage the 6 claws and the 4 guides and remove the seat adjuster cover cap RH.

  4. REMOVE NO. 3 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

      Disengage the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the No. 3 reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and the guide and remove the No. 2 seat adjuster cover cap.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and the guide and remove the No. 1 seat adjuster cover cap.

  7. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Remove the 4 screws.

    3. Disengage the 3 clips.

    4. Slide the reclining adjuster cover RH in the direction indicated by arrow (1) in the illustration to disengage the 2 guides.

    5. Slide the reclining adjuster cover RH in the direction indicated by arrow (2) in the illustration and remove it from the seat.

    6. Disconnect the connector of the rear power seat switch.

    7. Disconnect the cable of the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly and remove the reclining adjuster cover RH.

  8. REMOVE REAR POWER SEAT SWITCH

      Remove the 3 screws and the rear power seat switch.

  9. DISCONNECT NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly.

  10. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY RH WITH FRAME AND COVER

      Disengage the clamp and disconnect the seat wire.

    2. Remove the 4 nuts and the rear No. 1 seat armrest assembly RH with frame and cover.

  11. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the 4 bolts and the rear No. 1 seat armrest assembly RH.

  12. REMOVE NO. 2 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the No. 2 reclining adjuster inside cover RH from the rear seat armrest frame sub-assembly RH.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE COVER (for RH Side)

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and the guide and remove the rear seat side table cover.

  14. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT SIDE ADJUSTER COVER CAP (for RH Side)

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and the 2 guides and remove the No. 2 seat side adjuster cover cap.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE BOARD (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 6 clips and remove the rear seat side table board.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE (for RH Side)

      Remove the 2 nuts, 2 bolts and the rear seat side table.

  17. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT SIDE ADJUSTER COVER CAP (for RH Side)

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the 2 No. 1 seat side adjuster cover caps.

  18. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP LH

      Disengage the 6 claws and the 4 guides and remove the seat adjuster cover cap LH.

  19. REMOVE NO. 3 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and the guide and remove the No. 3 seat adjuster cover cap.

  20. REMOVE NO. 4 SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and the guide and remove the No. 4 seat adjuster cover cap.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Disengage the 5 claws.

    3. Disengage the 4 clips.

    4. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat cushion moulding.

  22. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt, washer and the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01CEVD

      Remove the 4 bolts and the rear seat armrest assembly LH.

  24. REMOVE CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY WITH COVER BEZEL

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Remove the 2 screws.

    3. Disengage the 2 claws.

    4. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the cup holder assembly with cover bezel.

  25. REMOVE CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 screws and the cup holder assembly from the rear seat bezel cover.

  26. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 nuts.

    2. Remove the 4 bolts.

    3. Disengage the guide and clip and remove the rear seat armrest frame sub-assembly.

  27. REMOVE NO. 3 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and the No. 3 reclining adjuster inside cover.

  28. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and guide, and remove the No. 2 rear seat leg side cover.

  29. REMOVE NO. 3 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and guide, and remove the No. 3 rear seat leg side cover.

  30. REMOVE LOWER REAR SEAT LEG COVER

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 6 claws and remove the lower rear seat leg cover.

  31. REMOVE NO. 5 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the No. 5 rear seat leg side cover.

  32. REMOVE NO. 6 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the No. 6 rear seat leg side cover.

  33. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the 3 hooks.

    2. Disengage the 9 hooks.

      Disengage each hook and remove the rear No. 1 seat cushion cover with pad.

  34. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 hog rings.

      Disengage the 2 fasteners.

    3. Remove the 14 hog rings and the rear No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly from the rear No. 1 seat cushion pad sub-assembly.

  35. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG REST COVER

      Remove the 4 screws and the rear seat leg rest cover.

  36. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT FOOTREST COVER

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and the No. 1 rear seat footrest cover.

  37. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUST LOWER INNER ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 3 clamps and disconnect the seat wire.

    3. Remove the 4 bolts and the reclining adjust lower inner arm sub-assembly.

  38. REMOVE FRONT SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the front shoulder belt anchor cover.

  39. REMOVE REAR SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER

      Disengage 4 claws and remove the rear shoulder belt anchor cover.

  40. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

      Remove the 2 screws and the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

  41. REMOVE SEAT STAND FRAME CAP

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat stand frame cap.

  42. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disconnect the 2 cable clamps and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly.

  43. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Remove the 3 hog rings.

    2. Open the 2 fasteners.

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    4. Remove the rear No. 1 seatback cover with pad from the rear No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly.

  44. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 11 hog rings and the rear No. 1 seatback cover sub-assembly from the rear No. 1 seatback pad sub-assembly.

  45. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT PROTECTOR

      Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

    2. Separate the 3 guides and remove the rear No. 1 seat protector.

  46. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the No. 2 rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

  47. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 nuts <B> and disconnect the reclining sensor.

    2. Remove the nut <A> and rear No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly.

  48. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

      Disengage the 3 claws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

  49. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

      Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 1 reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

    3. Disengage the clamp and disconnect the side airbag wire harness.

  50. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 1 reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

  51. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR

      Remove the screw and the No. 1 reclining cover protector with the No. 2 reclining cover protector.

    2. A01CEJ1

      Disengage the claw and remove the No. 1 reclining cover protector from the No. 2 reclining cover protector.

  52. REMOVE RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR

      Remove the 2 screws and the reclining cover protector.

  53. REMOVE NO. 2 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

  54. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING DAMPER

      Remove the 2 nuts and the rear seat cushion spring damper.

  55. REMOVE REAR SEAT WIRE

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 2 clamps.

    3. A01CFTG

      Disengage the 8 clamps and remove the rear seat wire.

  56. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT WIRE

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp and remove the No. 2 seat wire.

  57. REMOVE SIDE SLIDE CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 clamps.

    2. Disconnect the 4 cable clamps and remove the side slide control cable assembly.

  58. REMOVE RECLINING CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Remove the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the 4 cable clamps and remove the reclining control cable assembly.

  59. REMOVE WALK IN SLIDE CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Remove the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the 2 cable clamps and remove the walk in slide control cable assembly.

  60. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE CLIP (for RH Side)

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat side table clip.

  61. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

  62. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK HOOK

      Remove the 3 bolts and the rear seat lock hook.
