FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Manual Seat) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Remove the 2 seat adjuster cover caps.

  2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT LEG ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CDF2

      Disconnect each connector.

    2. Disengage the 2 clamps.

    3. Remove the 5 nuts and front seat leg assembly.

  3. REMOVE LOWER FRONT SEAT LEG COVER

      Remove the lower front seat leg cover.

  4. REMOVE VERTICAL SEAT ADJUSTER KNOB (for Driver Side)

      Remove the snap ring and vertical seat adjuster knob.

  5. REMOVE VERTICAL ADJUSTER COVER (for Driver Side)

      Using a screw driver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the vertical adjuster cover.

  6. REMOVE VERTICAL ADJUSTING HANDLE (for Driver Side)


    1. A01CGDO

      Remove the 2 screws and vertical adjusting handle.

  7. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle.

  8. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

      Disengage the 2 hooks (front seatback pocket clip).

    2. A01CDXS

      Remove the screw.

    3. Disengage the claw and the clip.

    4. Disengage the guide and remove the front seat cushion shield.

  9. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and the clip.

    3. Disengage the guide and remove the front seat inner cushion shield.

  10. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (for Driver Side)


    1. A01CBXG

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage each clamp.

    3. A01CCKQ

      Remove the nut and the front seat inner belt assembly RH.

  11. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Front Passenger Side)


    1. A01CBM3

      Disconnect each connector.

    2. Disengage each clamp.

    3. A01CB7S

      Remove the nut and the front seat inner belt assembly LH.

  12. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD


    1. A01CB7C

      As shown in the illustration, bend the front part of the front seat cushion frame.

      Note

      Do not bend the front seat cushion bracket excessively.

    2. for Driver Side:


      1. A01CC45

        Disengage the 4 hooks.

    3. for Front Passenger Side:


      1. A01CEW0

        Disengage the 4 hooks.

      2. Disconnect the occupant detection sensor connector as shown in the illustration.

    4. A01CAOY

      Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

    5. Disengage the 5 hooks and remove the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad.

  13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A01CDLO

      Remove the 15 hog rings and the separate type front seat cushion cover from the separate type front seat cushion pad.

  14. REMOVE CONNECTOR HOLDER (for Front Passenger Side)


    1. A01CCFN

      Remove the connector holder from the occupant detection sensor connector.

  15. REMOVE SEAT ARMREST COVER

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 3 claws and remove the seat armrest cover.

  16. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and front seat armrest assembly.

  17. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK HOOK


    1. A01CCQW

      Remove the screw.

    2. A01CF4Q

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the claw and remove the front seatback hook.

  18. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. A01CCPL

      Remove the 3 hog rings.

    2. A01CCPT

      Open the 2 fasteners.

    3. A01CBDB

      Remove the 2 hog rings.

    4. A01CALQ

      Remove the nut and disconnect the separate type front seatback cover bracket.

    5. A01CEI0

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 front seat headrest supports.

    6. Remove the separate type front seatback cover with pad.

  19. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK POCKET CLIP


    1. A01CCSZ

      Remove the front seatback pocket clip from the separate type front seatback cover as shown in the illustration.

  20. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER


    1. A01CDEU

      Remove the 11 hog rings and separate type front seatback cover.

  21. REMOVE VERTICAL ADJUSTER SPACER (for Driver Side)


    1. A01CBAG

      Disengage the claw and remove the vertical adjuster spacer.

  22. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE OUTER COVER RH


    1. A01CD32

      Remove the screw and reclining adjuster inside outer cover RH.

  23. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE OUTER COVER LH


    1. A01CCRM

      Remove the screw and reclining adjuster inside outer cover LH.

  24. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE INNER COVER RH


    1. A01CCXY

      Disengage the clamp and disconnect the side airbag wire harness.

    2. Remove the screw and reclining adjuster inside inner cover RH.

  25. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE INNER COVER LH


    1. A01CEVM

      Remove the screw and reclining adjuster inside inner cover LH.

  26. REMOVE FRONT SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD RH


    1. A01CE6J

      Disengage the claw and remove the front seat lower cushion shield RH as shown in the illustration.

  27. REMOVE FRONT SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD LH

      Disengage the claw and remove the front seat lower cushion shield LH as shown in the illustration.

  28. REMOVE FRONT SEAT WIRE


    1. A01CB8N

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 2 clamps and remove the front seat wire.

  29. REMOVE FRONT SEAT SIDE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 3 clamps and claw, disconnect the wire harness.

    3. A01CEUJ

      Disengage the 3 clamps and disconnect the wire harness.

    4. A01CCL2

      Remove the 2 nuts and front seat side airbag assembly.

      CAUTION:


      • The nuts must not be reused.

      • Make sure that the seat frame assembly is not deformed. If it is, replace it with a new one.

  30. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION EDGE PROTECTOR

      Remove the 2 front seat cushion edge protectors.

  31. REMOVE ACTIVE HEADREST UPPER UNIT

      Remove the nut <A> and disconnect the active headrest lower unit cable.

    2. Remove the 4 nuts <B> and the active headrest upper unit.

  32. REMOVE ACTIVE HEADREST LOWER UNIT

      Remove the clamp.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts and the active headrest lower unit.
