      Temporarily install the rear No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly with the 2 bolts <B>.

    2. Using a T55 "TORX" socket wrench, tighten the 2 "TORX" bolts <A>.

    3. Tighten the 2 bolts <B> to install the rear No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly.

      Connect the 4 cable clamps to install the walk in slide control cable assembly.

    2. Install the reclining adjusting cable assembly with walk in slide control cable assembly to the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly with a new clamp.

    2. Engage the 3 claws to install the No. 1 rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

    INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

      Install the rear No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly with the nut.

      Fold the seatback forward, and then recline it to the first lock position as shown in the illustration.

      Insert a pin punch into the zero point calibration hole of the reclining sensor.

    4. With the pin punch inserted, install the reclining sensor with the 3 nuts.

    5. Remove the pin punch.

      Engage the 4 hooks.

    2. Install the rear No. 1 seat protector with the clip.

    INSTALL NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 1 seatback cover sub-assembly to the No. 1 seatback pad sub-assembly with 11 new hog rings.

      Note:

      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    INSTALL NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. Temporarily install the No. 1 seatback cover with pad to the rear No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly.

      Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

      Close the 2 fasteners.

    4. Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 1 seatback cover with pad with 3 new hog rings.

      Note:

      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.
