REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Manual Seat) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the No. 2 reclining adjuster release handle.

  3. REMOVE NO. 3 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER

      Disengage the hook.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws and 2 clips, and remove the No. 3 reclining adjuster inside cover.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION

      Remove the screw and the rear seat cushion.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

      Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and 2 guides.

    3. Disconnect the 4 cable clamps and remove the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover RH.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER

      Disengage the hook.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and clip, and remove the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE LEG COVER (for RH Side)

      Remove the 2 screws and the rear seat side table leg cover.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

      Remove the 4 nuts and the rear seat side table assembly.

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and 3 guides, and remove the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover LH.

  11. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 seat track control cables.

    2. A01CFP4

      Remove the bolt, washer and the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly.

  12. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws, guide and remove the No. 2 rear seat leg side cover.

  13. REMOVE NO. 3 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws, guide and remove the No. 3 rear seat leg side cover.

  14. REMOVE LOWER REAR SEAT LEG COVER

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 6 claws and remove the lower rear seat leg cover.

  15. REMOVE NO. 5 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the No. 5 rear seat leg side cover.

  16. REMOVE NO. 6 REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the No. 6 rear seat leg side cover.

  17. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the 3 hooks.

    2. Disengage the 7 hooks.

      Disengage the 5 hooks and remove the No. 1 seat cushion cover with pad.

  18. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 hog rings.

      Disengage the 2 fasteners.

    3. Remove the 14 hog rings and the No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly from the No. 1 seat cushion pad sub-assembly.

  19. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT LEG REST COVER

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the No. 1 rear seat leg rest cover.

  20. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT LEG REST SIDE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 rear seat leg rest side cover.

  21. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT LEG REST SIDE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 2 rear seat leg rest side cover.

  22. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT LEG REST COVER

      Remove the 2 screw.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 rear seat leg rest cover.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT FOOTREST BOARD RH

      Disengage the 12 claws and remove the rear seat footrest board RH with rear seat footrest board LH.

    2. A01CFDJ

      Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat footrest board RH from the rear seat footrest board LH.

  24. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG REST COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat leg rest cover sub-assembly.

  25. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG CUSHION SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 nuts and the rear seat leg cushion sub-assembly.

  26. REMOVE LEG REST LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 cable clamps and remove the leg rest lock control cable sub-assembly.

  27. REMOVE REAR SEAT FOOTREST ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 bolts and remove the rear seat footrest adjuster assembly.

  28. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST HOLE COVER RH

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat armrest hole cover RH.

  29. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the bolt and the rear seat armrest assembly RH.

  30. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST HOLE COVER LH

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat armrest hole cover LH.

  31. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the bolt and the rear seat armrest assembly LH.

  32. DISCONNECT REAR NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly.

  33. REMOVE FRONT SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the front shoulder belt anchor cover.

  34. REMOVE REAR SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER

      Disengage 4 claws and remove the rear shoulder belt anchor cover.

  35. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

      Remove the 2 screws and the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

  36. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Open the 2 fasteners.

    2. Remove the 3 hog rings.

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    4. Remove the No. 1 seatback cover with pad from the No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly.

  37. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 11 hog rings and remove the No. 1 seatback cover sub-assembly from the No. 1 seatback pad sub-assembly.

  38. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT PROTECTOR

      Remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the 4 hooks and remove the rear No. 1 seat protector.

  39. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the No. 2 rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

  40. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 nuts <B> and disconnect the reclining sensor.

    2. Remove the nut <A> and rear No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly.

  41. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

      Disengage the 3 claws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 1 rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

  42. REMOVE RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR

      Remove the 2 screws and the reclining cover protector.

  43. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the reclining adjuster inside cover.

  44. REMOVE NO. 2 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER

      Disengage the claw and remove the No. 2 reclining adjuster inside cover.

  45. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the clip and remove the reclining adjuster inside cover.

  46. REMOVE NO. 2 RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the No. 2 reclining cover protector.

  47. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR

      Remove the screw and the No. 1 reclining cover protector.

  48. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING DAMPER

      Remove the 2 nuts and the rear seat cushion spring damper.

  49. REMOVE SIDE SLIDE CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 cable clamps and remove the side slide control cable assembly.

  50. REMOVE LONG SLIDE CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the 4 cable clamps and remove the long slide control cable assembly.

    1. Remove the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the 4 cable clamps and remove the reclining adjusting cable assembly.

  52. REMOVE WALK IN SLIDE CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the 4 cable clamps and remove the walk in slide control cable assembly.

  53. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using a T55 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts <A>.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts <B> and the rear No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly.

  54. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK HOOK

      Remove the 3 bolts and the rear seat lock hook.

  55. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 5 nuts and the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly from the rear No. 1 seat leg sub-assembly.
