FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Passenger Side Power Seat) INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT FRAME WITH ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CFM6E87

      Check operation of the seat frame (slide motor).


      1. Check if the seat frame moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the slide motor connector terminals.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Operational Direction

        Battery positive (+) → W1-1

        Battery negative (-) → W1-2

        		 Forward

        Battery positive (+) → W1-2

        Battery negative (-) → W1-1

        		 Backward

        If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat frame with adjuster assembly.

    2. A01CFM6E88

      Check operation of the seat frame (reclining motor).


      1. Check if the seat frame moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the reclining motor connector terminals.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Operational Direction

        Battery positive (+) → W2-2

        Battery negative (-) → W2-1

        		 Upward

        Battery positive (+) → W2-1

        Battery negative (-) → W2-2

        		 Downward

        If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat frame with adjuster assembly.

  2. INSPECT RECLINING ADJUST ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY LWR INNER


    1. A01CFM6E89

      Check operation of the seat frame (ottoman motor).


      1. Check if the seat frame moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the ottoman motor connector terminals.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Operational Direction

        Battery positive (+) → P1-1

        Battery negative (-) → P1-2

        		 Upward

        Battery positive (+) → P1-2

        Battery negative (-) → P1-1

        		 Downward

        If the result is not as specified, replace the reclining adjust arm sub-assembly LWR inner.
