    REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Remove the 2 seat adjuster cover caps.

    REMOVE FRONT SEAT LEG ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Disengage the 2 clamps.

    3. Remove the 5 nuts and the front seat leg assembly.

    REMOVE LOWER FRONT SEAT LEG COVER

      Remove the lower front seat leg cover.

  4. Click here

    REMOVE RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

      Using a moulding remover, remove the reclining power seat switch knob.

    REMOVE SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

      Using a moulding remover, remove the slide and vertical power seat switch knob as shown in the illustration.

    REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

      Remove the 7 screws.

    3. A01CF1N

      Disengage the 8 claws, clip and 4 guides, and remove the front seat cushion shield assembly, No. 2 reclining adjuster inside cover RH and No. 2 reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

    REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the front seat cushion shield from the No. 1 front seat cushion inner shield.

    REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION INNER SHIELD

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the front seat cushion inner shield from the No. 1 front seat cushion inner shield.

    REMOVE POSITION CONTROL ECU AND SWITCH ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the position control ECU and switch assembly.

    REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage each clamp.

      Remove the nut and the front seat inner belt assembly.

    REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the 2 front seat cushion edge protectors as shown in the illustration.

      Disengage the clamp.

    3. Disengage the 4 hooks.

      1. Disconnect the connector.

      Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

    6. Disengage the 6 hooks and remove the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad.

    REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

      Remove the 15 hog rings and the separate type front seat cushion cover from the separate type front seat cushion pad.

    REMOVE FOOTREST ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 bolts and the footrest assembly.

    REMOVE LOWER NO. 3 FRONT SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL

      Using a moulding remover, remove the lower No. 3 front seatback lock bezel.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.

    REMOVE SEAT STAND FRAME CAP

      Using a screw driver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and 3 guides, and remove the 3 seat stand frame caps.

      Remove the 3 screws.

      Disengage the 2 claws while pulling the lever as shown in the illustration, and remove the front seatback edge protector.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 1 reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 3 clamps and claw, disconnect the wire harness.

      Disengage the 3 clamps and disconnect the wire harness.

      Remove the 2 nuts and front seat side airbag assembly.

      CAUTION:

      • The nuts must not be reused.

      • Make sure that the seat frame assembly is not deformed. If it is, replace it with a new one.

    REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION EDGE PROTECTOR

      Remove the 2 front seat cushion edge protectors.

    REMOVE FRONT SEAT OUTER TRACK ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 4 clamps and disconnect the seat airbag harness.

      Remove the 4 bolts, the front seat cushion frame sub-assembly and front seat cushion spring assembly.

      Using a T40 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 5 "TORX" bolts and the front seat outer track assembly.

    REMOVE ACTIVE HEADREST UPPER UNIT

      Remove the nut <A> and disconnect the active headrest lower unit cable.

    2. Remove the 4 nuts <B> and the active headrest upper unit.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts and the active headrest lower unit.
