      *1 Free (ON)
      *2 Pushed (OFF)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Switch Position Specified Condition
      1 - 2 Free (ON) Below 1 Ω
      Pushed (OFF) 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the engine hood courtesy switch.
