SMART ENTRY AND START SYSTEM (for Start Function) DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM


  1. DESCRIPTION


    1. Push-button start function data and the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) can be read using Data Link Connector 3 (DLC3). When the smart entry and start system seems to be malfunctioning, use the intelligent tester to check for malfunctions and then perform repairs.

    If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding to the next step.
