DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when the submersion circuit monitor inside the main body ECU detects a large amount of water.

Tech Tips

When the main body ECU is replaced with a new one and the negative (-) battery terminal is connected, the power source mode becomes IG-ON mode. When the battery is removed and reinstalled, the power source mode that was selected when the battery was removed is restored.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK FOR DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs Click here.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. After 330 seconds have elapsed, recheck for DTCs and check if the same DTC is output.

      OK
      DTC B2277 is not output.
