INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY - VIDEO (VIDEO ADAPTER) TERMINAL)


    1. Disconnect the S6 television display assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the N41 video (video adapter) terminal connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      S6-19 (SGN3) - N41-8 (ADPG) Always Below 1 Ω
      S6-24 (VD) - N41-5 (VV+) Always Below 1 Ω
      S6-25 (VG) - N41-6 (VV-) Always Below 1 Ω
      S6-19 (SGN3) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      S6-24 (VD) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      S6-25 (VG) Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      S6-23 (SGN5) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
