INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY - NAVIGATION ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the navigation ECU sub-assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the television display assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      S3-20 (NTS4) - F24-1 (NTSO) Always Below 1 Ω
      S3-19 (SGN4) - F24-2 (NTSG) Always Below 1 Ω
      S3-18 (SLD4) - F24-3 (SLD2) Always Below 1 Ω
      S3-20 (NTS4) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      S3-19 (SGN4) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      S3-18 (SLD4) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
