AMPLIFIER ANTENNA INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL AMPLIFIER ANTENNA ASSEMBLY

      Install the amplifier antenna assembly with the bolt.

    2. Engage the clamp.

      Connect each connector.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER AIR DUCT


    1. A01CB8W

      Install the No. 1 cooler air duct as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01CB8C

      Engage the 2 claws to install the cooler plate.

  3. INSTALL UPPER ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH


    1. A01CBTS

      Engage the guide, claw and 2 clips to install the upper roof side inner garnish RH.

  4. CONNECT REAR NO. 2 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CBQ3

      Install the shoulder anchor of the rear No. 2 seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }
    2. A01CFD3

      Engage the 2 claws to close the cover.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT HOOK SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CBZVE01

      Engage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01CG8H

      Engage the 4 claws.

    3. A01CB90

      Install the rear seat hook sub-assembly RH with the 2 bolts.

  6. INSTALL REAR QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. Engage the 2 guides, 7 claws and 14 clips to install the rear quarter trim panel assembly RH.

    3. Install the clip(A).

  7. CONNECT REAR NO. 1 OUTER SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY (for 60/40 Split Seat Type)


    1. A01CEZD

      Connect the floor end of the rear No. 1 seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  8. INSTALL INNER LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER (for 60/40 Split Seat Type)


    1. A01CFS5

      Engage the 4 claws and install the inner luggage compartment trim cover RH.

  9. INSTALL DECK SIDE GARNISH


    1. A01CC0RE01

      Engage the 4 guides and 11 claws to install the deck side garnish RH as shown in the illustration.

  10. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CB2D

      Install the rope hook assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.5 N*m  { 66 kgf*cm, 58 in.*lbf }

    2. Engage the 2 claws.

  11. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK


    1. A01CAW1

      Install the bolt.

    2. A01CAXYE01

      Push in the No. 1 luggage compartment trim and turn it clockwise approximately 90° to install the No. 1 luggage compartment trim hook.

  12. CONNECT NO. 1 SLIDE DOOR WEATHERSTRIP

      Align the alignment marks on the weatherstrip with the protruding portions on the body indicated by the arrows in the illustration, and install the No. 1 slide door weatherstrip RH.

      Note

      After installation, check that the corners fit correctly.

  13. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE


    1. Captain type rear seat:


      1. A01CFIB

        Engage the 2 guides, 9 clips and 9 claws to install the rear door scuff plate RH.

    2. Tip-up type rear seat:


      1. A01CETW

        Using the reclining lever or foot-operated walk-in pedal, tip up the rear No. 1 seat and slide it to the foremost position.

      2. Engage the 5 clips, 4 claws and guide on the rear side of the scuff plate as shown in the illustration.

      3. A01CEQB

        Using the slide lever, slide the rear No. 1 seat to the rearmost position.

      4. Engage the 4 clips, 5 claws and guide on the front side of the scuff plate as shown in the illustration to install the rear door scuff plate RH.

        Remove the protective tape applied to the bottom of the rear seat.

  14. INSTALL BACK DOOR SCUFF PLATE


    1. A01CCY0

      Engage the 2 guides, 4 clips and 4 claws to install the back door scuff plate.

  15. INSTALL BACK DOOR STRIKER COVER


    1. A01CEXU

      Engage the 2 guides and 4 claws to install the back door striker cover.

  16. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY
